Leadbetter Boomerang

- 1× Leadbetter Boomerang (magnetized arm-body sync trainer)
The Boomerang trains arm-body synchronization — the part of the swing where your arms stay connected to your body turn instead of running ahead or lagging behind. David Leadbetter calls this the number-one key to consistency, and the Boomerang is the simplest tool for training it.
How it works
- Tuck the Boomerang under either arm before your swing.
- Make a full swing.
- If the Boomerang falls out, your arms separated from your body. If it stays in place, you have synced your arms with your turn.
- To retrieve it: touch the head of your club to the Boomerang on the ground. The magnet picks it up. Lift, replace under your arm, swing again.
What it trains
- Arm-body synchronization (arms move with body turn, not independently)
- Swing timing
- Accuracy through consistent strike location
- Distance through unified rotation
Right- and left-handed compatible — symmetric design, no variant selection. Works for golfers of all abilities, from first-time trainees to scratch players keeping their sync sharp.
