Most amateurs miss makeable putts because their start line is off, not their speed. The Putting Gate makes the math concrete: at 10 feet, you need under 1° of error in your start line to roll the ball through the gate and into the cup. The 55mm gate is the threshold; the 60mm gate is the progression target. Co-designed with Andy Gorman (PGA Putting and Short Game Coach), this trains the precision putting that separates 30 putts per round from 28.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Train the start line. The cup follows.

Developed with Andy Gorman, the PGA Putting and Short Game Coach, the Putting Gate trains the start-line precision required to hole putts. Two gates (55mm and 60mm) give you a threshold to clear and a progression target. The body of the gate also includes a 4.25-inch slot that recreates the width of a regulation hole, so you have a constant scale reference during practice.

The math, by distance

  • 55mm gap from 14 inches: requires less than 1° of error
  • 55mm gap from 19 inches: requires less than 0.75° of error
  • 60mm gap from 20 inches: requires less than 1° of error
  • 10-foot putt: requires less than 1° of error to stand a chance of holing
