The Project Redline Travel Kit brings ground reaction force training into your golf bag. Three resistance bands — light, medium, and heavy — are all you need to run the same Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT) movement patterns that the full Project Redline system delivers, without the bar or handles.
How RNT training works
Reactive Neuromuscular Training applies resistance in the opposite direction of the movement you want to produce. When a band pulls you off the correct path, your nervous system fires the right muscles to resist it — and those muscles learn the movement pattern faster than repetition alone can teach. Applied to the golf swing, this means your lower body learns to load into the ground, shift properly through the downswing, and push off through impact. That sequence is what generates effortless power from the ground up.
Train anywhere
The Travel Kit anchors to virtually anything: a door handle, a golf cart rail, a post, a fence. Six-and-a-half-foot circumference bands give more range than most resistance bands on the market, and the extra length lets you step back for more resistance without running out of band. If the resistance feels too much, grip down.
At $44.99, the Travel Kit is the natural entry point into the Project Redline training system. The full Project Redline Fitness GRF Swing Trainer adds the stabilizer bar, handles, door anchor, and four bands for more complete home training — but for warming up, travelling, and learning the RNT movement pattern, three bands are enough to get started. Two-year warranty.
