Indoor Practice

Practice that fits the room you've got. Mats, monitors, mirrors, and what to do when the ceiling's 8 feet.

What it actually is

Indoor practice isn't a substitute for the range. It's a different tool. Quality data on every shot, no weather, no commute, no balls to pick up. Compact gear that turns 6 feet of basement into a useful practice surface.

How we'd attack it

Start with the surface. Then the feedback. Then the swing trainer if you need it. Don't buy a launch monitor before you have a mat — feedback without good footing teaches the wrong thing.
