01  Off the tee

Speed & distance.

More clubhead speed. More carry. Radars to measure it, overspeed trainers to build it, and ground-force tools to back it up.

The prescription

Measure it. Train it. Then build it.

  1. Measure it

Get a speed number before you change anything. A radar or launch monitor shows where you start, and whether the training is working.

  2. Train it

Short, regular overspeed sessions with a program you can track, not random hard swings at the range.

  3. Build it from the ground

Speed you can keep comes from how you use the ground. Boards and bands train that part directly.
